Peter May is a hard working local champion who gets things done for our area. He has lived in Swansea for over 20 years and lives in Brynmill with his wife and three children. Peter always puts local people first. He fought to save post offices in Swansea West, restore Brynmill Park and a local police station. In November 2009 Peter launched his NHS SOS inquiry, writing to everyone in Swansea West to ask local people for their views on the local NHS. As well as being a local Swansea Councillor, Peter is Swansea Council's Cabinet Member for Housing, and the Older People's Champion for the City. His political interests are constitutional affairs and social justice. He has been a Mathematics and Science Tutor for nearly 20 years. When his children were younger he was also a registered childminder.
